3d-scan Hardware

In a nutshell:

• for 24 cameras or less, the required gear is very simple: cameras, usb hubs and a single computer (no trigger cables required)

• for large scale installations, the simplest option is to use Raspberry Pis (4 cameras per Pi) to offload the data transfer. The Pis are also responsible of triggering the cameras (by USB)
